Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime, and 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning. Begin use with half the recommended serving (3 capsules daily) to assess your tolerance.
