Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Experience thermogenic users may achieve maximum fat loss and energy enhancement at a dose of 4 capsules 3 times per day. For best results, take 3-4 capsules 3 times daily and use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program. Do not exceed 12 capsules within a 24-hour period.
