Reishi, also known as hing zhi herb of spiritual potency, is a mushroom that found growing on rotting logs and fallen tree stumps throughout the coastal regions of China. Although reishi comes in 6 different colors, red is the most common variety used. Reishi is cultivated in North America, China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea for its medicinal value. The fruiting part of the reishi mushroom is used medicinally in connection with a variety of conditions.

Recommended Dosage

  • Take 1.5-9 grams per day of dried mushroom
  • Take 1-1.5 grams per day in powdered form
  • Take 1ml per day of tincture or as a tea
