Vitabase Herbal Lax combines fiber, friendly bacteria, and herbal laxatives to help support colon health and combat constipation.

The fiber comes from psyllium, which helps sweep the colon clean. Acidophilus (a friendly bacteria) is included as well as the herbs cascara sagrada, aloe vera and senna.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, Adults take 2 capsules daily with 10 ounces of water, juice or beverage of choice. Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.
