We process and ship your items within 24 hours. If you need to make changes to your after you've placed your order on our web site, please call us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we will probably be unable to edit your order.


Our Shopping Cart

The NutraSanus Shopping Cart is designed to protect your privacy, accuracy of your order and security. All your confidential information is also protected. The following information will help you understand how to add an item to your shopping cart, change the quantity of a product you are ordering, and place your order.

  • Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
    To add any item to your shopping cart, simply click on the “Buy” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process by clicking on the “Remove” button.

  • Changing Quantities of an Item
    If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product while checking out and click on "Refresh" button. You must click on the "Refresh" button in order for the quantity to be updated.

  • Finalizing Your Purchase
    Once you have placed each item you want to purchase in your shopping cart simply click on "Checkout" button to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your shipping address, billing information and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.

Enabling Cookies

    On a PC:Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Security" tab. The "Medium" level supports cookies, but you can click on the "Custom Level" button to check. Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the radio button next to "Enable" is selected in both options.

    On a Mac:Select Edit -> Preferences. Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (and 4.5 Macintosh)

    On a PC:Select View -> Internet Options and then click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the circle next to "Always accept cookies" is selected. On a Mac: Select Edit -> Preferences. Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0

    From your tool bar select View -> Options and click on the "Advanced" tab. Make sure that "Warn before accepting a cookie" is unchecked.

  • Netscape 7.0

    From your tool bar select Edit -> Preferences and click on the "Privacy & Security" option. Click on Cookies. Select the radio button next to "Enable all cookies" and click "OK".

  • Netscape Communicator 4.0

    From your tool bar select Edit -> Preferences and click on the "Advanced" option. Select the radio button next to "Accept all cookies" and click "OK".

  • Netscape Navigator 3.0

    Open "Network Preferences" under Options. Then click on the "Protocols" tab and make sure that the box next to "Accepting A Cookie" is unchecked.

Return Policy

If not completely satisfied, all products may be returned for any reason within 60 days from the original shipping date for a full refund of the product purchase price, except for the shipping fee. Learn more...

Shipping Policies and Procedures

UNITED STATES: Shipping & handling is just $4.95 for orders within the United States. We usually ship by United States Postal Service but may ship by UPS Ground for larger orders.

INTERNATIONAL: Costs for international orders are $20.00 ($15.00 to Canada), but some large international orders may cost more. If the shipping for an international order is to be more than the estimated amount, we will notify you before shipping to get your confirmation.


Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax.

Back Orders

All of the products on our website are usually in stock. However, on occasion a product may be on back order. If a product you order is on back order your entire order will be held until all of your products are available for shipping. Back orders are not held after 6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order (but it usually arrives shortly after your order is placed). This email will provide you with the Order ID number required to locate your order.

You can also verify that your order has been placed and track its status by logging into your account using your email address and password. You may also call use directly to verify the status of your order.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable that your purchase is transacted with the utmost security. We employ the Internet's strongest security technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) required to secure the privacy of your billing information.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. Know that in the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
