Label Information and Ingredients
Suggested Use: Adults: 2 teaspoons (10 g), preferably 1 teaspoon (5 g) twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of your favorite beverage. Children (6-12 years): 1/3 the adult dose up to 2 times daily.
