Suggested Use: Adults: One package (5g) with 8 oz of liquid up to three (3) times daily. Children: (6-12 years): Half the adult dose up to three (3) times daily.



Caution: Taking this product without adeqaute fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take if you have trouble swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you have notice a sudden change in bowel habits lasting 2 weeks, consult your physician before using a laxative. If the recommended use of this prodcut for 1 week has no effect, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if there is rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use. Frequent or prolonged use of this preparation may result in dependence on laxitives. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
